CoselleTM Discharge Facility
Discharging systems for Sea NG ships can be located either onshore or offshore using a variety of industry standard solutions.
The gas discharging facilities used in Coselle™ Systems are even simpler than the loading facilities. They too can be configured to meet the customer’s needs, whether using jetty/pier, barge, platform and or buoy systems.

For unloading onshore, gas is discharged from the ship at a dedicated berth at a jetty. High pressure pipe and heat exchangers will manage the energy transfer resulting from the decompression of the gas.

Discharging operations offshore can be continuous or discontinuous depending on the customer’s needs.
For offshore discharging facilities, gas transfer from ship to shore can be through a buoy and flow lines. In the case of offshore unloading, the decompression related energy transfer would be regulated onboard the ship.
