Together the Alliance companies are able to take marine CNG projects from inception through execution and operation.  The Sea NG Alliance can finance, build, own and operate Coselle™ Systems to meet customer needs.  Under this model the Alliance would provide natural gas transportation or ship charter service on a per unit volume or per day basis.
