In January 2007 Marubeni Corporation and Teekay Corporation joined with Sea NG Corporation to form a global strategic alliance for developing and operating Coselle™ CNG projects worldwide.
Marubeni Corporation is one of Japan’s largest trading companies with operations in 71 countries and over 100 offices worldwide. Energy infrastructure projects are a key focus for Marubeni and include; power, ships, LNG and pipelines.
Teekay Corporation transports more than 10% of the world’s crude oil supply and is also very active in LNG shipping. With a fleet of over 175 vessels, Teekay provides a comprehensive set of marine services to the world’s leading oil and gas companies.
